TRAFFIC UPDATE FROM LAGOS–ABEOKUTA EXPRESSWAY
Traffic situation along the Lagos–Abeokuta Expressway is fairly smooth this morning with pockets of slow movement around major bus stops and market areas.
Toll Gate to Abule Egba – Movement is good to go.
Abule Egba to Super – Traffic remains okay, though approaching Ile Epo Oja is slightly busy due to market and bus stop activities.
Ile Epo to Pleasure, Danco Filling Station – Free flow observed.
Pleasure to Iyana Ipaja Under Bridge – Busy, as a result of commercial bus operations around the bus stop.
Iyana Ipaja to Araromi, Adealu, Dopemu Under Bridge, Cement, Magboro, and Ilei-Zik – Smooth and steady movement recorded.
Ilei-Zik to Ikeja Along and National – Busy, owing to the narrow road corridor.
National to PWD, Shogunle, Ladipo, and Bolade Junction – Movement remains good.
Bolade to Brown Junction and Oshodi Under Bridge – Busy stretch, largely due to bus stop activities.
Oshodi Under Bridge through Ojuwoye Junction, Olosha, Idi Oro, and Mushin – Good and accessible in both directions.
