🚨 FLASH UPDATE – GBAGADA/OWORONSHOKI EXPRESSWAY
A multiple accident involving three container-laden trucks has occurred at Y-Junction by Iyana Oworo, affecting both the inward 3rd Mainland Bridge and inward Car Wash corridors.
The overturned trucks are currently blocking the entire carriageway. LASTMA Rescue Team is on ground for recovery and onward evacuation.
Motorists are advised to use alternative routes for now.
One lane remains available on the service lane towards the 3rd Mainland Bridge.
Meanwhile, another impediment has been reported at Bado Bus Stop inward Gbagada. Vehicles coming from Anthony-Oke are being diverted to the service lane pending evacuation.
High-capacity tow trucks are on ground at both locations to facilitate recovery.
