INCIDENT REPORT – AGEGE / PEN-CINEMA
An incident has been recorded descending Pen Cinema Bridge inward Oke Koto, where a loaded 10-tonne tipper experienced brake failure and rammed into a moving trailer from behind.
No casualties have been reported.
Officers from Nigeria Police Force (Elere Division) have been contacted for assessment, while the vehicle owners have arranged for a tow truck for prompt evacuation.
Traffic is currently slow-moving from Agunbiade inward Oke Koto.
Traffic management personnel are on ground, actively controlling the situation.
