There is a report of a mini truck having a mechanical fault at Idiroko inward Maryland on the service lane, occupying about 80 percent of the road.
A tow vehicle has been contacted for evacuation, while officers are on ground managing the situation.
Traffic has now extended backward to Anthony at the moment.
