TRAFFIC UPDATE FROM ALAUSA–IKEJA
Vehicular movement along Mobolaji Johnson Avenue from Old Toll Gate through 7UP Gate, Billings Way to Alausa Junction remains free-flowing.
Traffic on Obafemi Awolowo Way from Barracks, Coca-Cola Junction, Radio Junction and Allen Junction is generally smooth. However, motorists should expect slow movement approaching Balogun and Olowu toward Ikeja Under Bridge due to the ongoing road diversion caused by rehabilitation works on Kodesho Road leading to the General Hospital. The return journey is moving steadily, with only minor delays from traffic alternation.
The stretch of Lateef Jakande Road from Omole Roundabout through Wemco Junction, Agidingbi, Cadbury and Coca-Cola Junction remains in good condition.
Traffic is also moving smoothly along Aromire Road connecting Adeniyi Jones, with only occasional delays from traffic alternation where necessary. Likewise, movement along Dr. Nurudeen Olowopopo Road toward Otedola Under Bridge is flowing without major delay.
Both Governor’s Road and Governor’s Avenue remain calm at this time.
