An overnight incident involving a truck loaded with tiles occurred at Stadium Bridge, inward Alaka, after the vehicle developed a spring and axle (hassle) problem.
Recovery Update:
Transloading of the truck’s cargo is currently ongoing before evacuation can commence.
To facilitate the operation, Stadium Bridge has been temporarily closed to vehicular movement, with traffic diverted through the Barracks Service Lane inward Alakija.
Traffic Impact: The diversion has resulted in heavy traffic from Ojuelegba inward the Island.
