TRAFFIC UPDATE – IKORODU AXIS
Vehicular movement from Olopo Meji, Trailer Park to Odongunyan is smooth and uninterrupted.
Traffic continues to move freely from Odongunyan through NNPC, Flower, Second Gate and First Gate, while movement from Okegbegun, High School to Ile-Epo Oba remains fast.
There is appreciable movement from Sabo Roundabout inward Aleje, despite the ongoing road construction along the corridor.
Movement from Aleje to Ikorodu Roundabout is good, while traffic towards Primero, Unity and Benson remains encouraging despite bus stop activities.
From Benson inward Ikorodu Roundabout, traffic is moving well. However, movement from Ikorodu Roundabout inward Aleje is slightly busy due to the poor state of the road, while traffic towards Sabo is light.
Traffic from Sabo Roundabout through Okegbegun, First Gate and Redeem Church to Odongunyan is moving well.
Movement from Itamaga Traffic Light through Radio, Erunwen and Musical Village to Ota-Ona is fast-moving, while traffic from Ota-Ona through Itunmeko, Itunpate, Ladega to Ojubode is also flowing freely.
No fresh impediments have been reported, and traffic officers remain on ground, particularly around the construction areas, to ensure smooth vehicular movement.
