Breakdown of a car with a shaft problem at Fruit Market, in front of LAMATA, inward Ojota.
The vehicle cannot be towed, so a mechanic is currently working on it. Slow movement is being experienced backward towards Ikosi-Ketu.
Officers are on ground managing the situation.
