A loaded Midi DAF truck hooked underneath the bridge at Flag House, inward Officers Mess Road.
The inward Flag House Bridge has been cordoned off and motorists are being diverted towards TBS.
A tow vehicle has been contacted for quick evacuation. The vehicle has been diverted towards TBS, while the affected road remains cordoned off.
Officers are actively managing the situation.
