INCIDENT REPORT FROM PWD
A low-bed truck used by cable contractors to convey their tractor has broken down while approaching Union Road inward Dopemu.
Efforts are ongoing for its immediate evacuation. The breakdown is currently not affecting traffic.
Officers are on ground doing the needful.
