FLASH UPDATE FROM MILE 12
The earlier evacuated impediment has broken down again on the main carriageway at Mile 12 inward Kosofe/Ketu, initially blocking the entire main carriageway.
Traffic was diverted to the service lane to connect Kosofe and continue the journey towards Ketu, resulting in a backlog extending beyond Owode-Elede.
The impediment has now been removed from the road, and vehicular movement has commenced on the main carriageway.
Better movement is expected shortly.
