INCIDENT REPORT FROM OGUDU/ALAPERE
An empty flatbed truck has broken down with a mechanical fault at Alapere inward Ogudu.
The incident is having no effect on traffic at the moment.
Personnel are on ground doing the needful, while a towing truck has been activated for its evacuation.
