TRAFFIC UPDATE FROM OKE-ODO AXIS
The second phase of the rehabilitation of Abule-Egba Jubilee Bridge, ascending from Super inward Awori/Ijaiye, is ongoing.
The bridge has been fully cordoned off, while all vehicles have been diverted to the service lane through Oja-Oba and Abule-Egba Intersection to connect Mobil.
Traffic personnel are on ground managing the situation. The traffic lights are currently being disregarded, with manual traffic control in place.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES
• Motorists heading towards Agege can pass through NNPC by Pleasure, proceed inward Egbatedo Street and connect Abattoir, onward Agege/Pen Cinema.
• Motorists coming from Abattoir can proceed through Charity Intersection inward Charity Road, connect Agbe Road towards Awori, or make a U-turn to continue their journey.
• Motorists can also proceed through General Hospital, connect Ogundele Street and exit beside Jubilee Bridge, Abule-Egba, en route Mobil.
