TRAFFIC UPDATE – IKOYI/OBALENDE AXIS
Vehicular movement along Awolowo Road towards Falomo Roundabout and through Bourdillon Road is good.
Traffic is steady around Alexander Road Roundabout, while the stretch beyond the roundabout down to Parkview is in good shape.
Movement along Alfred Rewane Road, from Akin Adesola Bridge through Golden Gate and Bayo Kuku intersections, connecting to Osborne Foreshore, is steady.
The return journey is also moving well.
Obalende Underbridge is busy but moving due to the early morning rush, coupled with commercial and pedestrian activities.
Both the ascending and descending stretches of Obalende Bridge are busy at the moment.
Onikan Roundabout is experiencing steady movement despite a high influx of vehicles descending from Onikan Bridge.
No overnight traffic impediments have been reported.
