CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:
Opebi–Mende Link Bridge remains closed to motorists.
Ongoing construction work has also blocked the stretch from Adebola House inward Toyin Intersection.
The engineer has indicated that the road is expected to reopen by 7:30 AM.
Personnel and equipment are on ground managing the situation.
