FLASH UPDATE FROM PALMGROVE
The earlier reported loaded 40ft containerised truck that suffered brake failure at Palmgrove inward Onipanu has been successfully recovered and moved off the road.
Personnel are currently on ground clearing the traffic remnants and managing the situation
