A broken-down 40ft loaded containerised truck has developed a rear tyre bearing problem at Sanya inward Cele-Ijesha.
Safety cones have been positioned at the rear of the vehicle to prevent a secondary incident.
The owners are making serious efforts to repair and evacuate the truck.
The incident is having minimal effect on traffic at the moment, while personnel are on ground monitoring the situation.
