A loaded 22-tyre truck has broken down due to a front tyre problem at Dangote U-Turn, inward Mobil Ashade, along Oba Akran, blocking the entire roadway.
Safety cones have been placed at the rear of the truck, while personnel are on ground managing the situation.
Counter-flow is being adopted to ease vehicular movement.
