A 40ft loaded container has developed a shaft problem at Liverpool Bridge inward Mile 2, occupying about 50% of the road.
The owner has contacted a mechanic to fix the vehicle, while our men are on ground monitoring traffic.
The incident is currently having no effect on traffic.
