INCIDENT REPORT FROM CMS AXIS
A loaded 6-tyre truck has broken down at CMS Bridge inward Apongbon underneath the bridge due to a rear tyre problem on the passenger side, with the two tyres bursting while in motion.
The truck is occupying about 70% of the road.
The recovery process has commenced, and the loop of CMS Bridge inward UBA Roundabout has been closed.
All vehicular movement is being diverted towards Apongbon inward Offin Canal, en route to Eko Bridge.
