A broken-down empty 40ft containerized truck with a battery problem has been reported at Berger-Oke inward Kara.
Safety cones have been placed around the affected vehicle, while officers are well positioned and managing the situation.
Movement towards Otedola Bridge is being managed by officers on ground.
