INCIDENT REPORT – IJU–ISHAGA AXIS
A loaded 40ft refrigerated containerized truck rolled back from Greenland Hill due to brake failure, blocking the entire road both inward and outward along Ajuwon–Akute Road.
The LASTMA Rescue Team has been contacted for prompt recovery.
The incident is seriously affecting traffic, with a diversion currently in place.
The truck remains on the road awaiting a forklift for recovery.
