INCIDENT REPORT – IKOYI
An upturned water tanker is blocking the entire carriageway at Dolphin inward Ilubirin.
Recovery efforts are ongoing, while a tow truck is being awaited for evacuation.
Traffic has extended back to Bayo Kuku.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area where possible and follow the directions of traffic officials on ground.
