INCIDENT REPORT – OGOLONTO
A lone accident involving a water tanker with a brake failure has occurred immediately after Oke Oriya inward Agric.
The tanker is occupying approximately 30% of the roadway and is having a slight effect on traffic.
A tow vehicle has been contacted for immediate evacuation. Officers are on ground managing traffic.
