INCIDENT REPORT
An overnight lone accident involving a loaded 20-foot IVECO containerized truck occurred on Liverpool Bridge, en route Tin Can Island Second Gate toward Mile 2.
Preliminary findings indicate the truck overturned due to brake failure, reportedly caused by overspeeding.
The LASTMA Rescue and Recovery Team has been deployed to the scene for recovery operations and traffic control. Evacuation is currently ongoing.
