LAGOS–IBADAN EXPRESSWAY / 3RD MAINLAND BRIDGE UPDATE
There is slow-moving traffic from Chinatown to Ifako, caused by ongoing construction works on the Ogudu/Ifako Bridge coupled with heavy traffic volume.
On the 3rd Mainland Bridge, movement is good up to Adeniji, with steady flow from Adeniji through Ilubinrin. However, traffic becomes slow from Ilubinrin inward Obalende down to Onikan Roundabout and under the bridge, due to high influx of vehicles and traffic light alternation delays.
Similarly, Ilubinrin inward Osborne Road is also experiencing slow movement towards Osborne Foreshore, for the same reasons.
Traffic officers are on ground managing the situation.
