MULTIPLE INCIDENT REPORT – OKEGBEGUN INWARD ODOGUNYAN
A multiple-vehicle accident involving a loaded flatbed truck conveying iron billets and a 40-foot loaded containerised truck has occurred at Oke-Gbegun inward Odogunyan.
Preliminary findings indicate that the containerised truck suffered brake failure while heading towards LASUTECH, causing it to roll backwards and collide with the loaded flatbed, thereby obstructing part of the roadway.
The LASTMA Rescue Team is on ground, while a crane and other recovery equipment have been mobilised in collaboration with the vehicle owners to clear the scene.
Traffic officers are actively managing vehicular movement, and traffic remains manageable despite the obstruction.
