Descending Flag House en route CMS Bridge to UBA connecting Apongbon is free-flowing.

NITEL Junction to State House, inward Mecwen Bridge by Officers’ Mess down to Bonny Camp, is also seeing appreciable movement.

Ascending Obalende Bridge to Dolphin Intersection, onward Emergency Point through Ilubirin, and down to Carter Bridge Exit, linking back to 3rd Mainland Bridge inward Iyana Oworo, is moving smoothly.
