REPORT FROM KARA BRIDGE EXPANSION JOINT REPLACEMENT SITE
Traffic is still busy approaching Otedola Bridge inward Kara.
Ogunnusi Road, which was busy earlier, is now good to go towards Berger Isale. Movement from Isheri-Olowora towards River Valley is also good to go.
Movement connecting the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway from Isheri-Olowora and River Valley is good, but slow at the point of connection to the expressway due to traffic alternation.
Limpson Road is good to go and provides an alternative route to the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway through the U-turn under Kara Bridge.
Private vehicles coming from the Toll Gate area can also use CMD Road, through Jubilee/Otedola Estate to Isheri-Magodo Junction, and continue their journey either by connecting to the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway or using Ogunnusi Road to their destination.
Officers are strategically positioned at various points, monitoring traffic and managing the situation accordingly.
