TRAFFIC UPDATE: ALAUSA–IKEJA AXIS
Traffic movement within the Alausa-Ikeja axis is relatively free-flowing in both directions at the moment.
The stretch of Mobolaji Johnson Avenue from 7UP Gate through Billingsway to Alausa Intersection is moving smoothly.
Vehicular movement along Obafemi Awolowo Way is good, with only slight delays at traffic signal lights and alternation points. A similar situation applies to Lateef Jakande Road from Omole Roundabout through Agidingbi to Coca-Cola Junction.
Traffic along Aromire Road linking Adeniyi Jones is moving well, with only minor delays where alternation is required. The Dr. Nurudeen Olowopopo corridor is also experiencing steady traffic flow.
Impediment: No obstruction has been reported. Traffic officers remain on ground monitoring traffic and ensuring smooth movement.
