TRAFFIC UPDATE FROM ALAUSA IKEJA
The stretch of Mobolaji Johnson Avenue from Old Tollgate through 7Up Gate and Billings Way to Alausa Intersection is moving freely.
Obafemi Awolowo Way from Barracks to Civil Defence is good to go but becomes busy approaching Coca-Cola Junction, Radio and Allen Junction due to the early morning traffic influx.
Movement from Balogun through Olowu to Ikeja Under Bridge is good. The return journey is also moving well, with slight delays at Allen and Radio Junctions due to traffic light alternation.
Lateef Jakande Road from Omole Roundabout through Wemco Junction, Agidingbi, Cadbury, Mobil and down to Coca-Cola Junction is experiencing slow but steady traffic.
Aromire Road linking Adeniyi Jones is moving well, with only minor delays at alternation points where necessary.
The stretch of Dr. Nurudeen Olowopopo Road connecting Otedola Under Bridge remains free-flowing.
Governor’s Road and Governor’s Avenue are calm.
An impediment remains at Wemco Junction. Officers are on ground managing traffic and doing the needful.
