TRAFFIC UPDATE FROM ALAUSA-IKEJA
Obafemi Awolowo Way, from Barracks through Coca-Cola and Radio to Allen, is smooth. Movement from Balogun to Ikeja Underbridge is fairly good, with delays caused by traffic alternation, an ongoing festival and onlookers. The return journey is moving as expected.
Lateef Jakande Road, from Coca-Cola Junction to Mobil, is moving steadily. However, movement from Mobil to Omole Roundabout is busy due to ongoing road rehabilitation by men of the Lagos State Public Works Corporation (LSPWC), alongside traffic alternation delays. The return journey is in order.
Mobolaji Johnson Avenue, from Old Tollgate to Alausa Intersection, and the stretch of Dr Nurudeen Olowopopo Road connecting Otedola Underbridge are good to go.
Aromire through Adeniyi Jones, Akora Villa and Hacco is moving as expected, with some traffic alternation delays. The return journey approaching Allen is equally moving as expected.
Governors Road and Governors Avenue remain very calm.
