TRAFFIC UPDATE FROM OJODU BERGER
Traffic is flowing freely on both inbound and outbound sections of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
Movement from Isheri, Olowoira, New Garage through River Valley to Kosoko remains smooth, with the return journey equally good.
The VIS corridor, Omole Gate, Omole Junction and Agidingbi are all experiencing steady traffic flow.
Vehicular movement within Excellence Hotel, Ajayi Road, Ogba, Thomas Salako and Sunday Market is calm, while the entire Caterpillar corridor remains free-flowing.
However, traffic from Caterpillar through Odo Eran, as well as Wemco Road (after Chemiron Bus Stop) toward Oba Ogunji, is slow due to a failed section of the road undergoing repairs.
Also, repair work is ongoing on a broken-down tanker with a propeller fault near Total Filling Station approaching the Berger Pedestrian Bridge inward Kara–OPIC.
Traffic officers are on ground monitoring the situation and managing traffic flow.
