Movement from Apongbon Bridge, descending to Outer Marina, inward CMS to the Train Station, is good to go.
Traffic from NITEL Junction to State House, inward Mecwen Bridge by Officers’ Mess, down to Bonny Camp, is moving appreciably.
Ascending Obalende Bridge, inward Dolphin Intersection (Emergency Point) through Ilubirin, down to Carter Bridge exit, linking back to 3rd Mainland Bridge inward Iyana Oworo, is also appreciable.
