TRAFFIC UPDATE – MILE 12
Traffic is moving steadily from Odo Ogun, Ajegunle, and Thomas.
Movement becomes busy approaching Irawo down to Owode Onirin due to a failed section of the road and the morning rush.
Beyond the failed portion, traffic improves towards Mile 12.
Movement beneath Mile 12 Bridge towards Ajelogo is smooth in both directions.
Traffic ascending and descending Mile 12 Bridge towards Kosofe and Iyana School is flowing well.
Movement from beneath the bridge towards the Main Market remains free.
The return journey from Iyana School through Kosofe to Mile 12 is appreciable.
Traffic from Owode Elede, Owode Onirin, Weigh Bridge, Idera, Irawo, Thomas, Ajegunle, and Odo Ogun is encouraging.
An impediment involving a 40-foot containerised trailer with a shaft fault has been reported at Irawo inward Ikorodu. Recovery efforts are ongoing.
