TRAFFIC UPDATE: OPEBI / ALLEN AXIS

Traffic is generally smooth within the Opebi/Allen corridor this morning.

Aromire inward Adeniyi Jones and the return journey to Allen intersection are experiencing good movement.

Allen intersection inward Radio is very free, and the return leg back to Allen is also clear.

LASTMA personnel and police officers are on ground monitoring protesters to ensure smooth flow, while the traffic light at Allen intersection is functioning effectively.

Allen inward Ikeja is good, though there’s a slight delay approaching underneath Ikeja Bridge due to June 12 protest activity. However, traffic and security officials are fully on ground maintaining order and movement.

Opebi Road remains calm, with free movement from Adebola House through Salvation down to the Sheraton Link Bridge.

Ikosi Road is also good, both inward Seven Up and in the return direction to Ikosi Junction.

Welfare Junction is in good shape at this time.

Toyin Street is clear along its stretch.

Billings Way is calm and free.
