UPDATE FROM INNER MARINA CBD
An event is ongoing at TBS, causing slow but steady movement from Muson Centre through Water Board. After Water Board down to NITEL intersection, movement is smooth.
There is flooding on Broad Street between Freedom Park and Brook Street, but movement towards Tinubu Square and Abibu Oki Street remains good.
Traffic from UBA Roundabout towards NNPC Filling Station is good, but just before Kakawa Junction, there is flooding. Beyond Kakawa Junction inward Cathedral Church down to NITEL intersection, traffic is free.
From Zone 2 under the bridge towards Muson Centre, traffic is moving but slow at Flag Staff House due to flash flood. However, movement improves immediately after Flag Staff House.
