FLASH UPDATE
A loaded truck with a hub problem has broken down on Apongbon Bridge inward CMS, connecting to Outer Marina.
Traffic cones have been placed at the rear of the truck to prevent a secondary incident, while efforts are ongoing for its evacuation.
The resulting traffic has extended backward towards Apongbon.
Our men are on ground managing the situation and ensuring traffic flow.
