TRAFFIC UPDATE – ALAUSA/IKEJA
Vehicular movement remains generally smooth in and out of the Alausa/Ikeja area of coverage.
The stretch of Mobolaji Johnson Avenue, from Old Tollgate through 7UP Gate and Billings Way to Alausa Intersection, is experiencing appreciable traffic flow.
Obafemi Awolowo Way, from Barracks through Coca-Cola Junction, Radio, Allen Junction, Balogun, and onward to Olowu, is moving well, although traffic is slightly busy approaching Ikeja Underbridge due to signal timing delays.
The return journey is equally smooth, with some traffic build-up approaching Allen and Radio junctions.
Lateef Jakande Road, from Omole Roundabout through Wemco Junction, Agidingbi, Cadbury, and Mobil, onward to Coca-Cola, is moving steadily. The return journey is also smooth.
Aromire Road, linking Adeniyi Jones, is moving as expected. Similarly, the stretch of Dr. Nurudeen Olowopopo Way leading to Otedola Underbridge is experiencing smooth vehicular movement.
Governors Road and Governors Avenue remain calm, with free-flowing traffic.
