TRAFFIC UPDATE – ALAUSA/IKEJA AXIS
The stretch of Mobolaji Johnson Avenue, from Old Tollgate through 7UP Gate and Billings Way to Alausa Intersection, is experiencing smooth vehicular movement.
Obafemi Awolowo Way, from Barracks through Coca-Cola Junction, Radio, Allen Junction, Balogun and Olowu, to Ikeja Underbridge, is also moving well.
The return journey is equally good, apart from delays caused by traffic light alternation at Allen and Radio junctions.
Lateef Jakande Road, from Coca-Cola Junction through Mobil, Cadbury, Agidingbi and Wemco Junction to Omole Roundabout, is experiencing appreciable vehicular movement, with slight delays due to traffic light alternation.
Aromire Road, connecting to Adeniyi Jones in both directions, is moving well, apart from delays caused by traffic light alternation.
The stretch of Dr Nurudeen Olowopopo Way connecting to Otedola Underbridge is also moving smoothly.
Governors Road and Governors Avenue remain calm, with good vehicular movement.
Traffic officers are on ground managing the situation and ensuring smooth movement.
